a) Automatic USED filling module mod. Olimpia 25 to 25 taps for bottling still wines.<\/p>\n
The machine essentially consists of:<\/p>\n
Tank made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel.
\nAll the surfaces of the tank are machined with machine tools and particular care is given to the parts in contact with the product that are further polished.
\nThe bottom of the tank is suitably inclined to allow the total drainage of the liquid during cleaning or emptying the tank.
\nThe cover is mechanically fixed to the tank by external closing elements, which are not in contact with the product.
\nThe above allows to obtain the maximum degree of sanitization of the tank.<\/p>\n
Taps made essentially of AISI 316 stainless steel, accurately worked in every part to allow a controlled outflow of the liquid.
\nThe variation of the filling level in the bottle is obtained with the rapid adjustment of the threaded sleeve and allows an adjustment up to 50 mm.
\nEach organ is obtained by mechanical processing and the surfaces are appropriately finished to allow precision in operation and sanitation.<\/p>\n
Electric height adjustment of the tank using buttons on the machine panel.<\/p>\n
Checking the liquid level in the tank by means of a float \/ probe min. – max. level with 4-20mA signal.<\/p>\n
Product feeding from below, controlled by a pneumatic valve controlled by the level control probe.
\nThe product flows through AISI 304 stainless steel pipes and flows into the tank from below.<\/p>\n
Vacuum system consisting of centrifugal blower, vacuum gauge and vacuum regulation valve<\/p>\n
Bottle elevators with mechanical functioning made essentially of AISI 304 stainless steel.<\/p>\n

b) Automatic USED Delta 604 4-Head Capping Module for the closure of cylindrical bottles with a single type of satin cork, complete with equipment for the automatic distribution of the corks (Bertolaso \u200b\u200bpatent) and a rapid extraction device for the compression units (Bertolaso \u200b\u200bpatent). Electric turret height adjustment.<\/p>\n
The monoblock unit is also complete with:<\/p>\n
Machine support frames, entirely lined with stainless steel, inside which the mechanical parts that rotate the machines are housed.<\/p>\n
Widely sized electric motor, controlled by an electronic frequency converter (inverter).<\/p>\n
Manual lubrication with grease nipples and oil mist. The greasers of the static parts are collected on a single block of easy access.<\/p>\n
NEW stainless steel electrical panel, positioned on the side of the machine; complete with:
\n\u2022 PLC for machine management
\n\u2022 Multifunctional keypad with digital display, on which the following functions and data can be seen:
\n. operating speed
\n. technical-functional parameters
\n. diagnostics and alarms
\n. operating menu for driving the machine
\n\u2022 Analogue pressure gauges.<\/p>\n
Transparent safety protection system with stainless steel frames that allow the visual inspection of the whole machine.
\nEach protection is equipped with a safety microswitch that automatically stops the machine if the protection is opened.
\nThe machine is made in compliance with the provisions of the CE standard.<\/p>\n
A set of accessories for a single cylindrical bottle format, consisting of:
\n\u2022 quick-release augers
\n\u2022 stars and conveyors with quick connection
\n\u2022 “universal screw” transmission system (Bertolaso \u200b\u200bpatent). It allows to work a wide range of cylindrical bottles with different diameters in a range of 10 mm, without replacing the transfer auger between filler and capper.
