Pallet Wrapper
A pallet wrapper assembles, stabilizes, and protects loads of various sizes using stretch film, guaranteeing safe transport. Wrapping represents the final phase of the production process and the first essential step in the logistics chain.
Pallet wrappers are available in automatic and semi-automatic configurations with three main solutions: rotating table, rotating arm, and rotating ring.
Automatic Pallet Wrappers
Automatic wrapping machines transport pallets via roller or chain conveyors without operator intervention. When the pallet reaches the correct position, the machine executes the selected wrapping cycle according to preset parameters and automatically conveys the pallet to the outfeed section upon completion.
Perimeter safety guards are required by law to prevent access during cycle operation.
Automatic Rotating Table
The rotating table wrapper features a rotating platform equipped with transport systems (roller conveyor or chain) and automatic function devices including film gripper and cutting.
Characteristics:
- Production capacity: 20 to 55 pallets/hour
- Minimum footprint — smallest floor space requirement
- Ease of operation
- Low maintenance requirements
Automatic Rotating Arm
The rotating arm wrapper keeps the pallet stationary while the arm rotates around it, making it particularly suitable for unstable loads at risk of falling during rotation.
Characteristics:
- Production capacity: 55 to 100 pallets/hour
- Ideal for unstable or heavy pallets
- Pallet remains stationary during wrapping
Automatic Rotating Ring
The rotating ring wrapper delivers the highest production rates with technical characteristics satisfying specific requirements for wrapping cycles and plant layout.
Characteristics:
- Production capacity: up to 160 pallets/hour
- Maximum throughput for high-volume operations
- Customizable wrapping cycles and layout integration
Semi-Automatic Pallet Wrappers
Semi-automatic wrappers suit operations requiring moderate productivity with operator supervision. These machines offer versatile use across various operating conditions.
Available configurations:
- Rotating table — pallet rotates on platform
- Rotating arm — arm rotates around stationary pallet
- Self-propelled robots — mobile units rotating around pallets

Pre-Stretch System
All automatic and semi-automatic wrappers are equipped with a reel holder trolley featuring a motorized film pre-stretch system.
Pre-stretch elongates the film to create elasticity, with the resulting elastic force keeping pallet goods compact. The system offers significant advantages:
- Pre-stretch percentage adjustable from 0% to 450% depending on film characteristics
- Adjustment via gear replacement or inverter control from electrical panel
- Motor speed variation on carriage controls stretch ratio
- Significant film consumption reduction
- Different pre-stretch values programmable for each cycle phase
- Maximized load stability performance
Optimal pre-stretch settings maximize film characteristics while ensuring palletized load stability throughout the logistics chain.
