Used CFT Oil Filling Monoblock – Comaco 6000 bph – Overview
This second-hand CFT–COMACO RVAR 6/10 + TA/3 is a volumetric piston filling and press-on capping monoblock engineered for edible oil. Built in 2008 and currently in production, it is a proven asset for industrial packaging environments looking to expand or upgrade a used bottling line.
We can sell it as-is (see and like) or with revamping and preventive maintenance operations to prepare the monoblock for production.
Revamping & Preventive Maintenance Activities
If required, the following revamping activities can be carried out to ensure reliability and readiness for production:
- Assembly of machine parts at KBB workshop
- General machine cleaning
- General lubrication (greasing, oil level check and possible replacement)
- Inspection of rubber parts (belts and gaskets) with replacement if necessary
- Machine start-up: check of circuit integrity and correct functioning in manual/automatic modes
- Verification of format change equipment availability and integrity
